We, the
undersigned, do hereby petition you to initiate a formal
investigation into improprieties which have resulted in a
miscarriage of justice resulting in the deprivation of life by the
incarceration of an innocent victim and is an unsightly stain on the
integrity of our honorable judicial system.
We have
read public accounts of the accusations and proceedings and are
convinced that a formal evidentiary hearing or thorough unbiased
investigation to seek the truth will expose the improprieties that
resulted in this miscarriage and restore the freedom that was
unjustly purloined by these abuses of our judicial system.
Gilda
Marie Schoonover is incapable of committing injury such as she has
been maliciously accused. Gilda Marie Schoonover could not have
committed such injury even if she was present at the scene of the
tragedy.
There
was no Probable Cause to suspect that Gilda Marie Schoonover
inflicted any injury whatsoever to her grand nephew that was to
formally be her son by scheduled appointment with Judge Goodpaster
in only four days.
It is not rational to suspect Gilda Marie Schoonover of any misdeed.
We
believe that such investigation as we petition will result in
exposure of the errors and Gilda Marie Schoonover’s expeditious
release from her unjust confinement and removal of the shameful
tarnish from our honorable system of justice that affects us
all.
