" Little
Insignificant Marie "

Born May 10, 1950 in a little hut in a backwoods town in
Oklahoma and educated in a country
schoolhouse. Of so
little importance to the world. A
nobody.
So what happens when she is falsely accused of a crime that
did not even happen?
The tyrant struts that he won his fabricated case and Little
Insignificant Marie goes to prison to rot out the rest of her life
unnoticed by the rest of the world. A
nobody.
Little Insignificant Marie has so little going for her. Held together by her love
for others…to be dashed to the dungeons of Hell for that love for
others. Who cares? Of what concern is that to
any of the rest of the world?
Marie has few friends and fewer family that stands by her
that do not tremble in fear of the tyrants who sent her to prison,
but she does have a husband that knows she is innocent of any crime
and sees how the tyrants of Mayes County have railroaded her into
prison and sees how the tin gods abuse her in prison. Just one little
insignificant 90 pound quinquagenarian of no consequence. Except to her
husband.

Insignificant Marie is not alone and she is not an isolated
one-in-a-million case.
Janet Reno, our past U.S. Attorney General, who ordered the
assault on the religious group of David Koresh in Waco Texas, resulting in the burning to
death in their shelter of over 80 innocent men, women and children,
stated that well over five percent of convicts in our prison system
are wrongfully convicted.
Well over five percent because that amount of death row
inmates alone have been discovered innocent via DNA testing.
DNA testing will not help Little Insignificant Marie because
there was no blood, no crime at all. Marie is the
victim.
Marie’s “ordeal” over the false accusations of “buying
babies,” after sixty days of “investigations” is over. It could have been solved at
the inception, the day I went to the prison to solve their problem
but was ordered to leave.
They did not want a solution. They needed a problem and
they created one. They
will not admit that it was created because I reported to an attorney
the abuse of a high-risk 7 month pregnant inmate by a vulgar abusive
misfit (one of the 10% of “misfits” referred to by the deputy
warden) “Jack Booted Thug” is what the media labeled the type at the
Waco Massacre by the media.
In my opinion the label fits.
Sheila Miller, that indigent inmate, in on a minor charge,
lost her child, a girl, forever, to the clutches of the State. “farmed out” like unwanted
cattle, as we referred to it when I was a child care provider in
Idaho.
But for the majority of good Officers like Officer Onajobi,
Carothers, Angela Johnson and Chaplain Linda Jackson and Dr. Pittman
the “investigating” may have lingered for months. I am still not allowed to
visit Marie though all her earned privileges have been justly
restored.

The two “perpetuators” that
caused the excessive cruel punishment to Marie, now suffering
permanent effects of a stroke for the rest of her life as a result,
are Officer Badgwell and inmate Celia Cruz. They will not be punished
for what they have done unless Marie files complaints against them
which her forgiveness teaching religion will not permit her to
do.
Atrocities like this happened at our Federal prison in
Guantanamo Bay and the media brought
attention to the facts and the atrocities ceased.
Atrocities by the “misfits” of our officials resulted in the
shooting in the back of the head of an innocent woman carrying a
baby at Ruby Ridge in Idaho…by a sniper with an
M-16.
“Poor judgment” on the part of officials was caught by a
media camera when officials raided a small residence in Florida with M-16 machine guns to take a five
year old child into custody and deport him to Cuba. The same M-16s that misfit
prison guards use to shoot stray dogs when prisoners are not
available. Beats
practicing on paper targets.
Little Insignificant Marie has endured Cruel and Unusual
Punishment illegal to administer to a true committer of a crime and
to exacerbate; Little Insignificant Marie is innocent of
any crime!
Little Insignificant Innocent Marie. Still, who cares? As long as it doesn’t happen
to you. But if it can
happen to one, it can happen to another. It can happen to you. No one can know where
lightning strikes next.

When Marie was convicted
she was convicted on hypothetical probabilities: “What are the chances of
lightning striking me as I stand here?” Charles Ramsey asked the
jury. There was no
storm plus nine lightning rods on the court house. Had he asked “What are
the chances of lighting striking someone in a lightning storm?” the
probabilities are high enough to warrant government publications
about what to do to avoid lightning strikes.
“What are the probabilities
of this child falling in a normal home and dieing?” Charles Ramsey
asked the jury. Shall
we say one in a million?
As there are far more than one million children in this
country, lets ask the question objectively: “What is the
probability, in a million household falls, of one child dieing?” The
probability is greater
than 200%. Statistics
can be found in many medical journals.
Such atrocities as these
are ignored by most of the citizens of this great
U.S.
They are not ignored in foreign
countries.
“Yankee Go Home” are
banners that can be found around the world. Iran, Iraq, Liberia, to name
three. We are no longer
welcome in the Philippines and since one Marine
raped a 12 year old Formosan girl we are not all that welcome in
Taiwan. We are hated by the
North Koreans and survivors of My
Lai.
Why? All we want to do is bring
them an honorable democracy.
I have received two “hate
mails” regarding my website.
One an absolute moron who would sign anonymously only as a
fictional comic book character and one with a semi legitimate
view: I am
attacking our officials while he is in Iraq
protecting our rights.

I was able to communicate
with him. He did not
realize that I was “An American Sailor,” 68 years old, living on
military disability and a proud life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and
Disabled American Veterans.
He understood that what I
wrote was not to undermine what he was doing to defeat tyrants on
the other side of the world but to expose the small percentage of
tyrants in our own back yard that need cleaned
out.
Political opposition
factions in the Mid East have picked up on what I have written about
the atrocity that has been inflicted upon both myself and Little
Insignificant Marie.
Factions that take up arms (AK-47s as equalizers to our
M-16s) when they wave their banners “Yank Go Home.” Yasser Arafat held an AK-47
in his right hand with an olive branch in his left at the United
Nations when he warned “Do not let the olive branch
fall.”
It weighs heavily on me for
what I have written to be used in such a manner as it is being used
as a propaganda tool in the Mid East. Even if in only one small
village. It reminds me
that I begged, to Ms. Millicent Newton-Embry, warden of the largest
women’s prison in the world: “Please do not give me
opportunity to write of Cruel and Unusual Punishment” before my Little
Insignificant Marie suffered a stroke as a result of your infliction
of Cruel and Unusual Punishment. . . for another crime that
was not committed!!!
“Yankee Go Home.”
A good Dictator is better
than a corrupt Democracy and when they view us as corrupt they want
no part of us and will defend their selves with lethal force. Little Insignificant
Marie. Will she be
blamed for the next AK-47 bullet that downs one of our own or will
I? Where will the
responsibility lie?

Two were shot in the back
of the head and left in their burning mobile home near Welch
Oklahoma and two innocent
teenagers were shot in the back of the head and are down a mineshaft
because of one Dirty Knight who perjured the Probable Cause
Affidavit that a second Dirty Knight used to persecute Little
Innocent Marie of
a non-existent crime.
Now, if only one “American
Soldier” is shot down by a bullet from an AK-47 or 99 Beretta like
Saddam’s, fired from behind a “Yankee Go Home” banner being carried
by only one Mid East propagandist who has read of “The Ugly American” atrocities in
Knights in Dirty Armour
it will be one too many and it will be because no one at home would
pay any attention to my pleas for justice for our one
innocent
Little
Insignificant Marie.
