Now, Elan my son, unless Dr. Tony R. Hill, D.O., Dr. Stanley Handel, M.D., Dr. Hooby Yoon, D.O., and Dr. Hanst of Tulsa Regional Medical Center are incompetent and did not see an ‘existing’ fracture where there is none, which would be an admission of incompetence and/or mal-practice, or they have a ‘price’ and/or a favour to owe and are unscrupulous and create a fracture for prosecutors who need one so badly to cover their ass and expecially that of DHS’ Mikah McCray, and I think such is highly unlikely, my son, you should be returned to me shortly.

FALSE ALARM PARANOIA

Visiting Day with my Elan. I walked into the reception room and was greeted by A.J.Campbell and the Police Chief of Pawnee. Now why would they be there to greet me? They needed to search me for weapons. What? Weapons? Why would I have any weapons? I have never seen them ever search anyone else ever before, why have they singled me out for search?

Well, I usually always carry a small Case knife…the smallest Case made. It has a model, I think it is just a miniature “Stockman.” I’m not allow to bring it any more. I’m also not allowed to bring the usual banana that I have always brought and my son always devoured.

The reason I am not allowed to bring my miniature Case is because I might hurt Elan with it.

The reason I am not allowed to bring any more bananas is because it upsets the foster parent’s feeding schedule for Elan. Now we know where the priorities lie.

I did not have a feeding schedule for Elan when he was home with me. When he got hungry he let me know and I fed him. His “feeding schedule” was when his system told him he was hungry. I did not feed him at MY convenience, I fed him when he was hungry. But DHS does not see it that way. They are concerned not with Elan’s ‘schedule’ they are concerned with the inconvenience it may pose to their paid foster parent’s feeding schedule. That certainly was clarified today.

I wish Freud could have been present today. It would have been interesting to see his reaction to the paranoia exhibited by the two officers. It was ludicrous. One could expect such paranoia at an air terminal but with a father coming to visit his only son? If it wasn’t so pathetic it would have been funny. Grown men, supposedly intelligent, suspecting this father… Pathetic!

The subject of the paternity test came up during the conversation following the meeting. I’m glad it did because it allowed me to point out a rationale: The test was NOT 100%. DNA only indicates 98% certainty that Elan is mine. Therefore, lets compare that 2% with the 2/10,000^th% of the time out of the 100% of time I gave my boy excellent care for five months when I stepped in the adjacent room and Elan rolled off the bed.

If we are to focus all attention to that 2/10,000^th% to ascertain that Elan is a “Deprived” child then why should we not focus on that huge 2% of doubt that he is mine? How can we focus on a mere 98% accuracy and conclude that he is mine when we cannot focus on the 99.99998% of excellent care for five months and conclude that Elan was NOT a “Deprived” child?

He was not deprived for five months. He was just starting to articulate words. Since DHS swooped in like vultures and put him in three different foster homes …and cannot say he is not fed and clothed as he is physically growing…but he cannot utter a single word! Physically attended to…mentally neglected and that is deprivation. Elan is being a “Deprived” child in DHS custody.

DHS cannot see the obviousness of their double standard; that is to conclude I am his father when there is a huge 2% doubt of me being his father but conclude when I turned my back 2/10,000^th% that he is “A Deprived child.”

I brought up the subject of money. All of these hearings are packed with people making money off Elan. You, Mikah, David Robertson, Tari Hughes, …the list goes on. Everything I have to pay to defend myself against this attack on me for the 20 second accident is coming out of Elan’s legacy. You are hurting Elan by depriving him of his father. You are hurting Elan when you rob him of his legacy.

Mr. Campbell reminded me it started with the first “hurt.”

Yes, I agreed, it did. A 20 second accident that would never happen again that had completely healed within a week. But the ‘hurt’ you have done was and continues to be deliberately inflicted!

Mikah McCray had stated, with pantomime, how she felt what action had to have been taken to cause the phantom fracture of Elan’s arm. “You had to twist it like this.” I demonstrated to Mr. Campbell and stated “There is no way to do this with such force as to break the humerus without leaving bruises”

“Oh, yes, there is…” But he would not show me how. One way is an accidental fall! Actually, that is the only way short of a well controlled laboratory experiment…such as are performed on cadavers. Babies that have died because their mother was on some kind of illegal drug are used in laboratories to ascertain the various damages done because of the illegal drugs. Different drugs potentially cause different problems. That is how we know that such babies are at risk for various maladies that sometimes do not surface for years. We must be prepared to watch for symptoms and take the necessary steps to remedy such problems…if they arise.

It is a well known fact that babies born to women who have smoked methamphetamine are highly susceptible to calcium deficiency and ‘less than normal’ bone density. For this reason such babies may require a bit of extra precaution when handling. For this reason I have, as a precaution, given Elan this extra tender care. Whether it was needed or not!

I took my son to the hospital for help. Why is DHS’ paramount objective to take and keep Elan secreted instead of helping as they were designed to do so and should?

I visited my son April 4^th, 11^th, and the 18^th. My next scheduled visit is April 25^th.

April 4^th and the 18^th I took photos of him while we were visiting in the ‘jail cell’ room with three steel chairs, a desk and filing cabinet. The floor is ‘Berber’ like carpet over cement. Viewing the photos one can clearly see the healing bruises on Elan’s forehead. I took the April 4^th photos with an Olympus D-580 Zoom and the April 18^th photos with a Nokia 6102i.

The healing bruises of the 4^th are not the same as the healing bruises of the 18^th. I would like for someone to tell me they are not “consistent with child abuse.” I would like for someone to tell me that they are not the reason Elan has been moved from one foster home to another. I would like some proof Elan is not being subjected to a little inappropriate immature violence under the care of DHS’ Mikah McCray.

Elan received, I will reiterate, five months of excellent care from his natural father…then one 20 second minor accident that healed spontaneously within five days. It was so minor there was not even a bruise. Five months, no bruises. Not even accidental.

Elan has been in DHS custody for five months and has received as many bruises…if not more…photos of that many during only two weekly visits.

I would like for the judge that signed Elan’s “Emergency Protective Order” to consider the contemporary facts and dismiss from his mind all of the rumors of antiquity from unstable people and Charles Ramsey and others who has something to gain by keeping Elan from his home where he belongs.

There are only two things to weigh in securing Justice for Elan:

1, Five months of excellent care with his natural father.

2, The mental devastation and destruction of Elan’s sense of security by depriving him of his father’s patient non-violent care…that is given with love only a natural father can give. Denied because of an unanticipated accident that would never again occur because the minor error was immediately recognized.
