Official Correspondence and Response

Regardless of the outcome of the Disability Discrimination suit you have helped me with in the Northern District of Oklahoma, it is not my intention to sue the State for the medical negligence at the Department of Corrections; for example, prescribing a muscle relaxant to relieve the pain of passing kidney stones. Not to mention the response to infarctions; “Come back tomorrow at nine o’clock and make an appointment.”

It takes a person of quality character to offer an apology when they have made a mistake. I was told not to expect one from those who violated the multiple statutes you swore an oath to uphold. Those violations were uncalled for and they have resulted in illegal incarceration (for me) for 44 months.

For this I expect and will seek two things: Restitution in accordance with the statutes and a little house cleaning; to wit, bringing the two primary offenders (Judge Post and Mayes County persecutor Charles Ramsey) before the Oklahoma Bar.

Are you one to ask to help with this house cleaning? It is, after all, your house that needs cleaning.

Beyond that I would make note that I was eligible for parole July, 2003. I was denied even a hearing. When the Parole Board finally did grant a “review” in 2004 they still denied a hearing and arbitrarily denied parole…to this now proven innocent person. Moreover, when I check the “Offender Lookup” on the web I see that…as of this writing, my parole hearing date is set for next July! How about some expunging?

During my illegal incarceration I met several inmates (guilt is not an issue) who have “bent over backwards” to improve themselves and who have earned the chance at parole. Karen Drew is one example. There will be no recidivism; there is no purpose being served in keeping this person warehoused as a burden to the State and she should not be the victim of a vengeance seeking entity.

I have eleven others in mind besides Karen Drew. I will give them space on another website.

Thanks to the abuse I have suffered at the hands of those representing the State I am constricted and no longer capable of pursuing my normal prior physical activities so am learning how to use a computer and applying my acquired knowledge to a few I have met in prison who deserve a second chance. Herman Clark is on my list; I do not believe he is guilty of his charge. But he is black, in a predominanently white community, and indigent.

Now that I am out, I am supposed to be grateful and humble, crawl in a hole of obscurity, file for divorce and get on with my life. This is not going to happen! I KNOW that my Marie is innocent of any wrong doing..…more than you can truthfully say for yourself!

On page two of your “Statement of Facts” to the Court of Criminal Appeals you make one misquote and state FOUR TIMES the “injuries” to our little Ben. This is almost as bad as Post in her statement to the Pryor Daily Times!

Unless you are referring to “injuries” inflicted after Ben was taken to St. Francis there was only one and the nature of it was unknown until the MRI and even then the cause was unknown. It was not visible nor was there even a tiny lump on the back of our Ben’s head. All we knew is that he fell. All I “knew” was that he had experienced a seizure and fallen on carpet.

It is not your job to help send innocent people like Marie to prison. It is your job to seek justice. Will you help me fix the wrong that has been done and clean up your back yard?

not others? You ran ads for the “adult” book store and Circle theatre

near Admiral and Lewis…but my web site has nothing to do with pornography

or promoting degeneration so why am I forbidden to place a simple ad?

What my site does show is that due to four tyrants in office…two, now,

as two have been quietly removed, a devastated innocent man and his

wife had been sent to prison to die AND there is still that  innocent

woman in prison sent there to die while the tyrants responsible are

supported by you. Should not be a surprise; you supported the past Governor

David Hall; impeached for his improprieties in office and sentenced to

two years.  Why won’t you allow me to expose two worse tyrants?  David

Hall cheated all of Oklahomans (other than his immediate benefactors)

but it was only money; he took no one’s life from them!

We can conclude one of two scenarios:  You either support the tyranny

at the expense of innocent lives or you submit to fear of the wrath of

the tyrants I write about.  As this one considers that you have

mentioned Adolf Hitler’s upcoming birthday (April 19, GMT),  and you opposed

that  tyrant, what is so different from those in your own back yard?

Get your broom out; sweep Marie and I under your lumpy carpet.  What is

one devastated innocent old couple?  Protect your tyrants as you wish.

Just let me have my innocent wife back so we can leave and finish out

what is left of our lives, together.  Who’s next?
