ELAN’S
PROGRESS REPORT
Elan had been
progressing rather well; his demeanor extremely positive and he was
outgoing. For five
months his father cared for him with love and compassionate
encouragement. Near the
conclusion of this five months of loving care, two ten-thousands of
a percent of this time, Elans father is ignorantly accused
inflicting injury or depriving and neglecting his son and his son is
purloined at a critical time when Elan needs his father the
most. Thus began the
only mental trauma Elan has ever suffered and he has so far suffered
this mental trauma for
not 2/10,000% of his life but 20% of his life: Deprivation by DHS of the
genuine love of his father. This the only inflicted trauma and it
continues.
Elan is no
longer outgoing and shoes that have been banned by podiatrists in
Japan are squeezed on his
tiny feet restricting their normal growth and development.
Elan’s great
grandmother was Creek Indian.
Elan’s father is taking issue with the eligibility
discrimination factor as outlined by the court in item 12 of the
“Notice Of Rights” document.
If the plan
goes unabated Elan will be pruned of his roots and treated as a boy
calf removed from his caring blood parent and placed in a feed lot
where he will be attended to by strangers and gelded in a manner as
to guarantee termination of his father’s Schoonover line of
existence.
Thank you
Ryan Luke and Kelsey Briggs for your martyrdom. We now have the
power of usurping our unlimited power even for this minor accident
that, but for our perpetuated infliction of mental trauma, has long
since healed.

If one cannot afford a good criminal lawyer, one has little
chance to obtain Justice.
When I asked the question about the intentions of DHS to
return you to me I was given the answer taught in Idaho:
“We
always try to re-unite families as quickly as
possible.”
That
is a bit hard to swallow when the name “Mikah McCray” is at the top
of the State’s Witness List in its charge to send me to prison for
life.
